Boost the value of a property 'with a good-quality conservatory'

Homeowners looking to add value to their property ready for when
they eventually sell it may want to consider investing in a
conservatory.
According to Homebuilding & Renovating magazine, such an
extension is one of the easiest ways to boost how much a house is
worth.
However, this is only the case if it is a good-quality,
well-designed addition and it is worth spending a little extra
money to make greater gains in the long run.
This is because a bad extension could actually detract from the
value of a property.
Editor of the publication Jason Orme said that "95 per cent of
conservatories are off the shelf, out of a catalogue and bolted on
to a house and that really isn't the way to go".
AA Personal Loans recently revealed that 23 per cent of homeowners
looking to improve their property are doing so to add value.
