Home buyer recommends Gloucestershire property

A woman who recently purchased a house with her partner has
suggested that new property for sale in Gloucestershire may be well worth
considering.
Lella Baker moved back to the area she grew up in, which is
Almondsbury near Bristol.
The office manager said that the process of getting the new-build
through property developer Barratt was quick and simple.
She stated: "The layout of the house, location and build quality
was exactly what we were looking for in our dream home."
The couple's house contains four bedrooms and was one of a number
of four and five-bedroom properties for sale on the
development.
Once the area is completed, there will be a parkland and play area
included, which may attract those keen to buy a home.
Recently, Simon Rubinsohn, chief economist at the Royal Institution
of Chartered Surveyors, noted that property prices in the UK vary
considerably depending on which region they are in.
